Crafternoon

We customised our uniform shorts today. The uniforms were a big hit last year when we first got them but lately there haven't been many kids wearing them.

I think we did a pretty good job making them look a bit more colourful and exciting - just like the students themselves!

The class next door have been working on this beautiful map of Wadeye for a couple of days now. It looks amazing. The school is on there as well as all the teachers' houses and the boarding school.

Well done!

There was a big funeral in town and most of the students were attending. We only had two students in class today so we made the most of the peace and quiet and made some posters for the girls to take home.

We are reading a book about the Second World War this term. We found out why the war started and who was fighting with who. Then, we studied the countries that were involved in the war.

Red Dust in Wadeye

The Red Dust People Were Here With Us This Week. First On Tuesday We Wrote A Song Then On Wednesday The School Was Closed Because We Ran Out Of Water. Next On Thursday We Went Swimming And We Filmed A Video. After That On Friday We Watched The Video.
